Todays To-do list- GUTTING the BATHROOM

When we moved here to NC we bought a fixer upper.  It was the best way we could get an affordable mortgage payment and still have room for our not-so-little family to spread out and flourish.  WE also have my 95 year old grandmother living with us, so space was important!  One of the downsides to that plan is having the money to “fix” our fixer-upper!  In order to make this work for us, we just do a little at a time.  That means we don’t have a big home-equity loan hanging over our heads, but it also means we have to be patient.  REALLY PATIENT.  So today, I am BEYOND excited about my to-do list.  Because I am finally getting a new bathroom.  This bathroom will be a big gaping empty slate this afternoon.  I can’t wait to post the finished product, but for now I am off to get my sledgehammer…actually I’m going to go get my husband and let him use the sledgehammer, I’m more the drywall and paint part of this team lol. Whats on your to-do list today?  Do you have any house projects you have been waiting to get to?

Bathroom

This is my nasty bathroom- I promise it’s worse than it looks!
